Our taxi driver turned up quarter of an hour early. He always turns up quarter of an hour early. You'd think we would learn, wouldn't you?
But no, Mr B was still in the shower and I was talking to the plants, imploring them
not to die while we are away. Despite lack of care and, even more importantly, water.
Still, we have arrived. There is a stunningly beautiful crescent moon hanging low in the Cyprus sky. We had a bit of a problem when we couldn't open
the combination lock on one of our cases. Mine, of course. For a brief moment, till Mr B called the Maintenance Man, I thought I might spend the whole fortnight in my travelling clothes.
While we are away, I will be writing bloglets. Just
one thing that has grabbed my attention each day. It might be amusing, or moving, or a bit of a puzzle. Let's see what happens.
